About Us
Trillium Community Health Plan® is a leader in providing the most responsive customer service, outstanding coordination of care, and innovative healthcare through an extensive group of providers. Trillium has coordinated the health care of our members with physicians in the community to allow for improved care and access to services. Financially, we have collaborated with physicians, ancillary providers, and facilities to reduce costs while maintaining fee schedules by assuming a portion of the risk. We are more than a community based organization serving members in Lane County; we're part of the community.
